W wyniku wprowadzenia specjalnych procedur bezpieczeństwa i wzmożonych kontroli rosyjskich służb w weekend przy wjeździe na most ogromny korek ciągnął się nawet do 7 – 13 km, a czas oczekiwania na kontrolę wynosił około pięciu godzin.
